A: The World Health Organization is a United Nations specialized agency whose membership requires sovereignty. According to WHO's constitution, Taiwan is ineligible to join the organization or apply for its membership. WHO's rejection to Taiwan's letter is in line with the constitution. Taiwan Authorities' attempt to stage "Taiwan independence" under the pretext of health issues will never succeed.
